Seeking a full-time or part-time Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at clinics in Northome and Bigfork, MN. Enjoy a patient-focused culture with a team approach, providing comprehensive care including physical exams, well child check-ups, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment. Appointments typically last 30 minutes, with longer times for physicals and well exams.

Providers develop their own patient panels, with physician support available. The clinic is a FQHC utilizing Epic EMR, with customized training. Flexible schedules are offered, such as 3-4 days in Northome or adding days in Bigfork.
