Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience in wound care to join a mobile care team in Lewisburg, WV.

• Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in patients’ homes and care facilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuous, quality care.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and patient records.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
• Work autonomously with support from licensed team members, with opportunities for growth and certification.

This full-time or part-time role offers flexible scheduling, competitive starting salary from $130k annually, benefits such as health/dental insurance, paid time off, and professional development.
