Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with at least 1 year of experience for a mobile wound care role in Lewisburg, WV.

  • Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in patients’ homes and care facilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and documentation.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
  • Utilize EMR systems and participate in care planning to reduce rehospitalizations.


    • Offers flexible full- or part-time schedules, competitive starting salary from $130K, driver and company car, training, benefits, and travel perks. Must hold Virginia licensure, have strong clinical skills, good communication, and reliable transportation. Home health experience is a plus. People with criminal records are encouraged to apply.
