Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in wound care to join a mobile wound care team in Lewisburg, WV.

• Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in patient homes and care facilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuous, quality care.
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation and educate patients and caregivers on wound management.
• Work autonomously with support from colleagues, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules ending around 5:00 pm.
• Drive a company vehicle, with some travel involving a company plane, and must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
