Seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) for a full-time role in post-acute care in Pontiac, IL. Offering a competitive salary of $125K-$155K plus uncapped bonuses and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

You’ll perform physical exams, order tests, diagnose, treat, prescribe medications, and collaborate with a healthcare team in a skilled nursing facility. Both experienced providers and new graduates are encouraged to apply; training and mentorship are provided.
