Job Description
This Nurse Practitioner position offers an annual salary of $113,539 (.8 FTE) for work aligned with the 2025/26 school calendar at the Middle and High School-Based Health Centers.
Provides assessment, evaluation, and treatment to students, staff, and families, collaborating with behavioral health professionals and coordinating care with families and community resources. Requires Oregon Nurse Practitioner and RN licenses, a Master’s in Nursing, board certification in family or pediatric health, and at least 2 years of healthcare experience. Preferred candidates hold a Family Nurse Practitioner certification and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice, with pediatric/adolescent experience.
