Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Description

This role involves providing supervised healthcare services, including diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care, under a physician’s oversight.

Obtain medical histories and perform physical exams.

Order, interpret diagnostic tests, and manage chronic diseases and risk factors.

Document medical information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards.

Perform quality screenings, prescribe rehab therapies, and educate patients for informed decision-making.

Refer patients to specialists, see patients in hospital and office settings, and prescribe medications as authorized.

Ensure care aligns with legal requirements and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Master’s in Nursing, certified as a Nurse Practitioner, with at least one year of acute care experience, preferably in cardiology. Valid licensure and certifications required. Strong communication skills necessary.
