Job Description
Seeking a full-time healthcare provider to deliver diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive services under physician supervision.
*Key responsibilities include*
- Obtaining medical histories and conducting physical exams
- Ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests and managing chronic conditions
- Identifying risk factors and providing patient education
- Documenting medical information accurately
- Performing quality screenings and prescribing rehab therapies
- Referring patients to specialists, prescribing medications, and providing care in hospital and clinic settings
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and maintaining knowledge of meaningful use standards
*Qualifications include*
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, with at least one year of acute care experience (cardiology preferred)
- Current licensure, BLS/ACLS certification, and board certification
- Strong communication skills and ability to relate to patients and professionals
Work environment is indoors with light to moderate physical effort. Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, life insurance, and paid time off. This is an in-person position located in Columbus, GA, with no remote work option.
