Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our La Junta clinic, offering a Monday-Thursday schedule in person.

Provide comprehensive physical exams, diagnose and treat acute/chronic conditions, and develop personalized care plans.

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate patients.

Collaborate with healthcare team members and coordinate referrals when needed.

Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with medical best practices.

Qualifications: Accredited graduate program, active Colorado license, 2-4 years clinical experience, strong communication, compassionate, and team-oriented.
