Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans for patients.
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies.
  • Document patient care in medical records and ensure treatment aligns with standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and refer patients to specialists as needed.
  • Monitor and manage patient progress in an outpatient setting without hospital call or rounding.

    • Requirements include a current state license, national certification, DEA license, and BLS certification. The role offers a flexible schedule, full benefits, productivity bonuses, CME reimbursement, and a collegial environment. The position is full-time with a salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually. Relocation to Sutherlin, OR, is required before starting.
