Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies
  • Document patient care thoroughly
  • Deliver medical care per accepted standards
  • Collaborate with team members and refer to specialists as needed
  • Monitor and manage patients effectively

    • Qualifications include current licensure, national certification, DEA license or ability to obtain, and BLS.

    The position is full-time with a salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually.

    Relocation to Sutherlin, OR, is required before starting.
