Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

This outpatient role offers a flexible work schedule,

The provider will

perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans

order and interpret diagnostic studies

document patient care

collaborate with team members

monitor and refer patients as needed

Qualifications include current licensure, national certification, DEA license or eligibility, and BLS. The position is full-time with a salary range of $125,000-$150,000 annually. Relocation to Sutherlin, OR, is required before starting.
