Job Description

Provide supervised healthcare services, including diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive care, as delegated by a physician.

  • Perform medical histories, physical exams, order and interpret tests, and manage chronic conditions.
  • Identify risk factors, document medical information, and conduct quality screenings.
  • Prescribe rehabilitation therapies, medications, and refer patients to specialists.
  • Offer patient education and provide care in hospital and office settings, adhering to legal standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of meaningful use documentation and perform other assigned duties.

    • Requirements include a Master’s in Nursing, certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, licensure in Georgia, and at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in cardiology. Skills in communication and effective patient interaction are essential. The role is full-time, in-person in Columbus, GA, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. No remote work is offered.
