We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our La Junta clinic, offering a Monday–Thursday schedule in person.
Provide comprehensive primary care and pain management services, including exams, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education. Order and interpret tests, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and coordinate care with specialists. Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with medical best practices. Qualifications include an active Colorado license, 2-4 years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
