Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for our La Junta clinic, offering a Monday-Thursday schedule in person.

  • Provide comprehensive primary care and pain management services, including exams, diagnoses, treatment plans, and patient education.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals to specialists.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and stay current with medical practices.

    • Qualifications include an accredited graduate program, active Colorado license, 2-4 years clinical experience, and strong communication skills.
