Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant passionate about senior care and innovation.
Responsibilities include assessing and managing healthcare for chronically ill seniors within scope, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, performing exams, ordering tests, and coordinating daily patient care under physician supervision.
Requires excellent communication, decision-making skills, and ability to work independently. Must hold valid licensure in Pennsylvania, CPR/First Aid certification, and experience with elderly populations preferred.
