Job Description

We seek a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our private practice in Fresno, CA. The role involves comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnosing, creating treatment plans, ordering tests, patient education, and documentation. The provider will collaborate with staff to ensure quality care, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments as needed.

  • Requirements include graduation from an accredited NP/PA program, CA license, and willingness to train new graduates. Clinical experience is not mandatory.
  • Benefits include competitive hourly pay ($75-$90), sign-on bonus, student loan repayment, health and dental insurance, PTO, quarterly bonuses, 401k, and training.
  • Full-time schedule (Mon-Fri) with a patient load of 2-4 per hour. Must be able to commute or relocate to Fresno, CA.
