We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team, providing comprehensive care for primary, perioperative, and specialty patients.
Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and educate patients on preventive and chronic care. Monitor patient progress and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions. Demonstrate compassion, strong communication skills, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice. Requirements include a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, current certification, active DEA and Texas license, and proficiency in diagnostics and documentation.
