Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team, providing coordinated care for primary, perioperative, and specialty patients.

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop care plans, prescribe medications, and provide education on preventive and chronic care.
  • Monitor patient progress, collaborate with healthcare team, and participate in quality improvement.
  • Require a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, current certification, active licenses, and proficiency in EHR systems.
  • Must demonstrate compassion, strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to evidence-based practice.

    • Our full-time role offers a salary of $105,000–$115,000, with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, CME allowance, and professional growth opportunities.
