Join our team as a Family Nurse Practitioner in an In-House Treatment Center dedicated to transforming senior care in North Central Missouri.

This full-time role offers 8-hour shifts with no nights, providing a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice coverage, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

You will conduct daily in-person rounds at skilled nursing facilities, respond to acute patient changes, perform urgent assessments, manage IV therapies, and utilize telehealth support to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.

Ideal candidates have an active Missouri NP license, strong assessment skills, and comfort with IV protocols. Experience in acute or geriatric care is preferred.
