Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant- Delmar/Abany

Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality urgent care and routine healthcare in a fast-growing organization.

Deliver clinical services, develop care plans, and perform assessments within scope of practice.

Coordinate with medical directors and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Obtain medical histories, conduct exams, order and interpret tests, and provide health education.

Maintain documentation, participate in quality improvement, and adhere to organizational and legal standards.

Demonstrate ownership, act with urgency, and build positive relationships with patients and team members.

Qualifications: Master’s degree, board certification, current licensure, and urgent care or ER experience. Strong communication, teamwork, and EMR skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits: $85-$100/hr, with 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, flexible schedule, and more.

Full-time, in-person position.
