Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide urgent care and routine healthcare services in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, developing care plans, ordering and interpreting tests, collaborating with the clinical team, and ensuring excellent patient experiences. The role requires demonstrating ownership, acting with urgency, and maintaining positivity.

Core competencies involve effective communication, managing complex situations, and operational excellence. Candidates must have a master’s degree, current licensure, board certification, BLS & ACLS, and urgent care or ER experience. Strong teamwork, professionalism, and EMR skills are essential.

Compensation ranges from $85 to $100 per hour, with benefits including 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling. The position is in-person, emphasizing compassionate, patient-focused care.
