Job Description

We are a growing physician practice seeking a Medical Provider to deliver comprehensive care across multiple facilities, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings.

Responsibilities include providing medical care, ensuring proper documentation, participating in quality assurance, utilization management, peer reviews, and supporting strategic goals. The role involves travel to various facilities, collaboration with healthcare teams, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Essential duties encompass meeting quality metrics, attending staff meetings, evaluating care processes, analyzing operational indicators, and fostering positive relationships with providers and staff. The position entails serving on committees and acting as a role model for service excellence.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, daytime hours, with no night call. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $135,000, plus bonus opportunities, for full-time work. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Grand Junction, CO before starting.
