Provides medical care to diverse patient populations across multiple facilities, ensuring timely documentation and participating in medical staff duties.
Engages in quality assurance, utilization management, and peer reviews to deliver high-quality, cost-effective services. Supports strategic and operational goals by collaborating with administration and staff, and maintaining compliance with regulations. Performs administrative functions, evaluates care management processes, and analyzes clinical, operational, and financial data. Builds positive relationships with colleagues, administration, and the community, fostering collaborative improvements. Serves on health plan and medical staff committees, and acts as a role model emphasizing service excellence. Travel required between facilities, with a schedule of 8-hour day shifts Monday to Friday, no night call.
