Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Physician to provide medical care across multiple facilities, including skilled nursing, assisted living, and independent living settings.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality, cost-effective patient care, maintaining proper documentation, participating in medical staff duties, and supporting quality assurance, utilization management, and peer review programs.

This role involves travel to various locations, collaboration with healthcare teams, and engagement in administrative functions to optimize clinical and operational outcomes.

Ideal candidates will foster positive relationships, participate in committees, and serve as role models for staff, emphasizing service excellence.
