Job Description

UConnectCare is a reputable nonprofit serving WNY with over 50 years of substance use disorder services, recognized as a top employer in NY.


  • NP/PA will conduct patient interviews, examinations, diagnose, prescribe medication, order tests, and consult with physicians as needed.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining records, supervising staff, reviewing treatment plans, counseling clients, and participating in case conferences.
  • Must adhere to clinical OASAS 820 regulations, provide telepractice services, and follow agency policies.
  • Require a graduate degree, NYS licensure, and two years of postgraduate experience; ongoing continuing education is necessary.
  • Strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with electronic medical records are essential.
  • Valid NYS driver’s license, clean activity record, and background check required; position offers full- and part-time hours from $65/hour.
  • Work is in-person, with a focus on compassionate patient care within a collaborative team environment.
