Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Relocation Assistance

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to lead and develop multidisciplinary skin & wound care teams in Eugene and Roseburg.

Provide high-quality wound care, including assessments, dressings, pressure relief, and minor procedures.

Travel weekly for wound rounds and house calls within the assigned region.

Collaborate virtually with medical leadership across specialties.

Track healing progress and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines.

Require strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a valid driver’s license.

Compensation ranges from $120,000 to $160,000, with full-time hours Monday-Friday, no nights or weekends. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, 401(k) matching, CME reimbursement, and more.
