Job Description

We seek a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP, FNP, ARNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to lead skin & wound care teams in Eugene and surrounding areas.

  • Lead multidisciplinary wound care teams, provide expert wound assessments, treatments, and minor surgical procedures.
  • Travel weekly for wound rounds and house calls within the assigned region.
  • Collaborate virtually with medical specialists and track patient progress in EMR.
  • Develop individualized care plans following clinical guidelines.
  • Require strong communication, dependability, and a valid driver’s license; 1-2 years wound care experience preferred.

    • Offering a salary range of $120,000-$160,000, with full-time hours Monday–Friday, 6:00am–3:00pm, no nights, weekends, or call.
