Job Description

Seeking a Physician’s Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in a community health setting.

  • Work follows school schedule, with options for summer center work for extra pay.
  • Must have graduation from an approved PA or NP program, current NY licensure, and relevant certifications.
  • Provide comprehensive patient evaluations, manage common illnesses, perform minor procedures, and coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Engage in community outreach, attend educational activities, and support quality improvement initiatives.
  • Responsibilities include diagnostics, patient education, referrals, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality.
  • Part-time position (28 hrs/week) with benefits, based in Marathon, NY, requiring relocation before start.
