Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Physician’s Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care in a school-based health setting.

  • Follows school schedule, including summers off and holidays, with options for summer work in health centers for extra pay.

  • Requires graduation from an approved PA or NP program, current NY licensure, and certification.

  • Provides comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, manages acute and chronic illnesses, orders tests, performs minor procedures, and offers education on health topics.

  • Collaborates with a healthcare team, promotes community health, and participates in quality improvement activities.

  • Maintains confidentiality, adheres to policies, and participates in emergency preparedness.
