Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an independent pain management practice in Grand Island, NE.

This full-time role involves providing medical diagnosis, treatment, and assisting with interventional pain procedures for adult patients with chronic pain in an ambulatory setting.

Work is primarily autonomous and collaborative, with clinic hours Monday-Friday, no nights, weekends, holidays, or on-call. Occasional travel to outreach clinics is required.

Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, PTO, 401(k) with matching, malpractice coverage, and continuing education allowance. Salary ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 based on experience.

Requirements: Nebraska license without disciplinary actions, national certification, unrestricted DEA license or ability to obtain, EMR experience (Athena preferred). Highly motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Work location is in person in Grand Island, NE, with a willingness to travel about 25%.
