Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.
Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, including bedside procedures like debridement and dressing changes.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and education on wound management and prevention.
Utilize EMR systems for documentation and participate in care planning to reduce rehospitalizations.
Enjoy flexible, autonomous scheduling with full or part-time options and competitive hourly pay ($55–$70/hour).
Qualifications include Virginia licensure, at least 1 year of NP/PA experience, with preferred home health and wound care background. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
