The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in this role provides comprehensive, on-site psychiatric care in an acute mental health facility.
· Responsibilities include conducting physical exams, initial patient assessments, prescribing medications, and developing treatment plans in collaboration with the team.
· Must work independently, ensure HIPAA compliance, and maintain accurate medical records.
