Job Description
We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.
Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings, including bedside procedures like debridement and dressing changes.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and documentation using EMR systems.
Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
Participate in care planning to reduce rehospitalizations and complications.
Qualifications include Virginia licensure as NP or PA, with preferred wound care or home health experience; training is available for the right candidate.
Strong clinical, assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills required, along with reliable transportation.
