Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Director with a passion for wound care to join a mobile wound care team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.

This full-time or part-time role offers flexible scheduling and involves conducting on-site assessments, performing bedside procedures, and providing treatment in patients’ homes and care facilities.

• Provide advanced wound evaluation, treatment, and follow-up
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
• Utilize EMR systems for documentation
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound management
• Contribute to reducing rehospitalizations and complications

Qualifications include Virginia licensure as an NP or PA, with wound care or home health experience preferred. Strong clinical skills, communication abilities, and reliable transportation are required.
