Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

Job Description

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Medical Director with a passion for wound care to join a mobile team serving Charlottesville, N. Virginia, Alexandria, and Virginia Beach.

Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings, including bedside procedures like debridement and dressing changes.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and utilize EMR systems for documentation.

Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention, aiming to reduce complications and rehospitalizations.

Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of clinical experience, with preferred background in home health and wound care. Must hold Virginia licensure, have reliable transportation, and be comfortable working independently in the field.
