The Mid-Level Provider (NP/PA) is responsible for delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient management, documented via Athenahealth EHR.
Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, active Texas license, graduation from an accredited program, and certification exams (e.g., ANCC, PANCE).Must have at least one year of relevant experience, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, organizational abilities, and BLS certification.Key duties include patient assessments, diagnostic testing, procedures, counseling, developing care plans, and coordinating with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.Focuses on patient-centered service, fostering positive relationships, maintaining confidentiality, and enhancing patient satisfaction.Manages clinical operations, supports business needs, and works independently to prioritize and solve problems while adhering to clinic values.Physical ability to perform clinical tasks and work in the clinic environment is required.Offering competitive pay ($64-$68/hr), benefits, and growth opportunities, this full-time role is ideal for experienced providers seeking to impact patient lives in a supportive setting.
