About the Role:


  • Part-time position in the Sterling/Morrison, IL area offering $50/hour.
  • Collaborate with patients and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatments, and maintain accurate medical records.
  • Create weekly rounding schedules for assigned facilities.

    • Requirements:

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner license
  • Preferred 2 years of Skilled Nursing experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to travel within 12-20 miles
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Day shift, in-person setting
  • Flexible hours ranging from 8 to 40 hours per week based on employment status
