Nurse Practitioner – Sumter, SC

Job Description

Position: Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Post-Acute Care in Sumter, SC

Schedule & Setting:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• In-person care at local Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Collaborative team-based environment with attending physicians

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually (based on experience)
• Performance-based annual bonus
• $1,500 CME stipend, paid holidays
• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO

Qualifications:

• Active SC NP license or ability to obtain
• Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Preferred experience in post-acute, hospital, or outpatient care
• Passion for geriatric, preventative, and chronic disease care
