Nurse Supervisor for 2nd shift – RN or LPN

Job Description

We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor for 2nd shift at a 51-bed skilled nursing facility in Laconia, NH. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with on-call rotation and every 5th weekend, promoting a healthy work/life balance and comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, 401K, and paid insurance.

Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, conducting clinical rounds, managing emergency situations, performing controlled substance counts, and maintaining resident confidentiality.

Requirements are current RN or LPN licensure in NH, long-term care and management experience, IV certification, and CPR/BLS certification. The ideal candidate interacts professionally with residents, families, and staff.
