Job Description

We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor for 2nd shift at a 51-bed skilled nursing facility offering short and long-term care in a supportive environment. This full-time role, Monday–Friday with on-call rotation and every 5th weekend, offers great work/life balance, full benefits, and a purposeful atmosphere where staff are valued.

  • Responsibilities include supervising staff, conducting clinical rounds, managing emergency situations, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards of care.
  • Requirements include a current RN or LPN license in NH, long-term care and management experience, IV and CPR/BLS certification, and professionalism in interactions.
