Job Description

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) for a critical illness recovery hospital located in West Allis, working 12-hour night shifts.

This role involves supervising clinical care, ensuring safety, infection control, and quality standards, and mentoring staff. Responsibilities include managing resources, fostering teamwork, participating in interdisciplinary assessments, interpreting diagnostic data, and handling emergency situations like Rapid Response and codes. The Nurse Supervisor also guides staff through performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and promotes a learning environment.

Qualifications include a valid RN license, BLS certification at hire, and ACLS prior to completing orientation.
