Job Description

We are hiring full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) with a pay scale up to $19/hr plus shift differentials and weekend bonuses. Shifts are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:45 am-7:15 pm or pm-7:15 am, with full benefits for full-time weekenders. PRN positions are also offered.

The role involves assisting residents with daily activities such as meals, ambulation, and positioning, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate records. CNAs provide comfort by responding to resident needs and reporting observations, ensuring confidentiality of resident information.

Requirements include a Tennessee certification, a courteous bedside manner, and the ability to work the specified shifts. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, paid sick time, and PTO. The environment is inpatient, primarily in nursing homes or rehabilitation centers, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:7. COVID-19 safety protocols are in place. Applicants must be able to commute to Memphis, TN, and hold a valid CNA license.
