Nursing Supervisor (RN) – Charge Nurse Full-time Day shift- $10,000 Sign-on bonus

Job Description

We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor – RN for our inpatient rehabilitation hospital in Madison, WI. This full-time day shift position (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) includes three 12-hour shifts with every other weekend rotation, and offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

The role involves leading nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and collaborating with the healthcare team under the guidance of the Chief Nursing Officer. Responsibilities include overseeing documentation in EPIC, interpreting diagnostic data, transcribing medical orders, promoting quality improvement, and counseling patients and families.

Qualifications include a valid RN license, BLS certification, and ACLS within six months. Preferred candidates have ≥2 years RN experience, ≥1 year supervisory experience, and CRRN certification.
