Join a growing community health center on Florida’s Space Coast as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern.
Provide mental health services to underserved populations, including assessments, therapy, and treatment planning. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and address psychosocial issues. Develop and monitor treatment plans, conduct diagnostic tests, and maintain accurate records in EMR systems.
