Job Description

Seeking a full-time, board-eligible or certified OB/GYN physician for a growing, physician-led private practice in Westchester County, NY. The role offers a supportive environment with a typical schedule of 3 outpatient days, 1 OR day, and shared call coverage. The practice features private L&D rooms with scenic views, a hospital performing over 1,500 deliveries annually, and advanced facilities including da Vinci robotic surgery and a Level II NICU. Teaching opportunities for residents and medical students are available.

Compensation includes a highly competitive salary ($300,000–$400,000), RVU bonuses, and comprehensive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, malpractice coverage, paid time off, and parental leave. The position requires excellent clinical skills, strong organizational and communication abilities, and a strong work ethic. The schedule involves various shifts, with on-call duties and some weekend work. Candidates must be able to commute to and relocate within Yonkers, NY, with a willingness to travel up to 25% preferred.
