OB/GYN Physician

Job Description

Our Physician group is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join their established, single-specialty practice in the Tampa Bay area.

Practice highlights include:

• Three offices in Safety Harbor, Trinity, and Westchase
• Team of 4 OB MDs, 1 GYN MD, and 2 CNMs; expanding team
• Deliveries at a Level II NICU hospital, with 25-30 deliveries/month
• Opportunity for GYN surgeries, including robotic procedures
• Mentorship for residents; partnership potential
• Call schedule of 1:4 weekdays and weekends (midwives handle first call)

Compensation features:

• Base salary starting at $300k, commensurate with experience
• Signing/retention bonuses, productivity incentives
