OBGYN Hospitalist/Laborist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Hospitalist/Laborist to provide comprehensive inpatient obstetric and gynecological care in a hospital setting.

Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, assist with C-Sections, and round on hospitalized patients.

Manage OB/GYN emergencies, provide inpatient and ED consultations, and coordinate discharge planning.

Utilize EHR/EMR systems effectively and offer patient education and support.

Cover ER call for OB/GYN when on shift and evaluate patients in triage on Labor & Delivery.

Qualifications: MD or DO licensed in California, DEA certified, with 3+ years OB/GYN experience preferred. Strong clinical, judgment, communication skills, and bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Critical care experience is desirable.

This part-time, contract role offers $172,800-$244,800/year for 24 hours/week, in person.
