Job Description
The OB/GYN position is a full-time, exempt role based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed, board-certified physician specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care.
Provides diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care for female health issues, including prenatal, postpartum, and surgical services.
Supervises clinical staff, participates in quality improvement, compliance, and community outreach efforts, and coordinates with local medical facilities.
Ensures adherence to healthcare standards, leads patient-centered initiatives, and maintains hospital privileges.
Requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and advocate for quality care.
Benefits include malpractice insurance, performance bonuses, health/life insurance, and paid leave. Salary ranges from $275,000 to $350,000 annually.
