OBGYN- Obstetrician & Gynecologist

Job Description

Licensed OB/GYN physician responsible for women’s health, pregnancy care, and reproductive health at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX.

• Diagnose, treat, and manage female health issues, including pregnancy, hormonal, breast, cervical, urinary, and pelvic disorders.
• Conduct exams, interpret diagnostic tests, and provide preventive counseling on health and wellness.
• Coordinate with specialists, supervise clinical staff, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Participate in community health programs, outreach, and hospital privileges for delivery and surgery.
• Engage in ongoing education, quality assurance, and performance improvement initiatives.
• On-call availability after hours and travel for conferences may be required.

Requirements include state licensure, board certification, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to quality care. Benefits include malpractice insurance, health coverage, bonuses, and paid leave. Salary ranges from $275,000 to $350,000 annually. This is a full-time, in-person position.
